It’s been forever since I’ve posted! Part of the problem is my internet browser shuts off whenever I view or try to post anything on my blog. (Right now I am on my mom’s computer.)
Right now I’m at the Chizma’s house because I spent the night. Yesterday my mom and I went shopping and to dinner and today we are going with Arielle and Elijah to the motorcycle races going on at Glen Helen. Apparently Dennis is racing in this one on his dirt bike… why am I not surprised ? That man will be racing till he’s 80.
This summer has been rather eventful. I am still dreading my AP English summer assignment (reading the Scarlet Letter and doing half page chapter summaries as well as reading some other boring book about language and composition and doing summaries on each chapter as well.)
Everything has gone on the back burner lately, though, just because of the chaos that has been going on. I have yet to plan for ICU next year. I am worried of being the only active core member and trying to rally up so many other high schoolers about the cause. It’s rather stressful thinking about it. I have large shoes to filI… size 10,000 shoes, to be exact (dollars, that is.) know it will all pay off and it’s always rewarding, but I can’t help but fear for my life!
The two AP and one honors class I’ve signed up for aren’t putting my mind at ease either. Hopefully I can juggle everything somewhat successfully.
I’m already one month into summer! AAAHH!
You are amazing Amelia! You always have a very full plate with everything you are involved in. I’ve missed your blog! Love ya!
I love love LOVE Scarlet Letter. Enjoy reading it. THere are so many levels of meaning in it.
And if you just happen to be weird like me, and like to discuss the books you read…I am all ears.
You’re going to do great in ICU…remember, making a difference is one life at a time!
You’ll get it all figured out. And Sam is so right, making a difference one life at a time is what it’s all about.
